Terms of use

Working draft: the [TO COMPLETE] passages await the publisher's details, and the whole text must be reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

The simple rules for using KingMath, for parents, children and teachers.

The service

KingMath offers maths exercises for ages 6 to 15 (CP to 3e), short lessons, progress tracking, a teacher area and a focus mode that works without the Internet.

During the launch, every feature is free. No money will be taken without an explicit subscription to a plan, and you will be told at least 30 days before the launch ends.

Accounts

The parent account is for an adult who holds parental authority over the children whose profiles they create. They remain responsible for their use.

Teacher accounts are checked by the publisher before being activated. Teachers agree to use pupils' results only to support their learning.

Keep your password secret. If in doubt, change it or write to us.

Rewards

Rewards are freely set by parents. KingMath handles no money or purchases: it shows the reward and tells you when it has been won. It is a promise between the parent and the child.

Fair use

It is forbidden to try to get around security, access other people's data, disrupt the service or extract its content automatically.

Teaching content

The exercises follow the official French curriculum in force and are carefully reviewed. Mistakes can still happen: report them to us and we will fix them.

Liability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available and safe, but cannot guarantee it at all times. These terms may change; you will be told about important changes.

These terms are governed by French law. [TO COMPLETE: consumer mediator, if applicable]
